Agreement For Internet Access To Magnesita's Process Models and Technical Information |
("Customer") has requested Internet access to technical information and process models provided by Magnesita known as the "Programs." Magnesita hereby agrees to provide access to the Programs to Customer and hereby notifies Customer that it has made reasonable efforts to provide correct information in the Programs. Magnesita shall maintain the confidentiality of Customer's data which may be used in the Programs to the same degree of care as is exercised with respect to its own confidential information. Magnesita does not warrant that the Programs are correct, inclusive or appropriate for use in the business of Customer. The authors of the programs and Magnesita are in no way responsible for any consequential damages or losses from the use of these Programs. The technical information available on this site was developed by Magnesita based on research by its employees, and use of published technical books, articles and papers. In the section entitled "Technical References" a complete list of references is available of all the titles and authors utilized.
By executing this Agreement for Internet Access the Customer hereby:
- Accepts the limitation of liability of Magnesita set forth above;
- Acknowledges that Customer is solely responsible for determining the use, suitability
and
applicability of the Programs in Customer's business; and
- Acknowledges that the Programs are subject to a license and/or copyrights held by
Magnesita
and agrees that Customer will not resell, license or otherwise make available all
or any
portion of the content of the Programs to any third party.
